Easy changeover.
An innovative coating unit with extraordinary ease of use.

The innovative and completely redesigned coating unit is designed for diversity and quick changeovers between different types of printing jobs.
The improved anilox roller change in the newly developed coating unit makes setting up noticeably easier, safer, and faster. The coating plate can now also be easily clamped centrally. This significantly accelerates changeovers.
The integration into the machine control via the Prinect Press Center XL 3 offers a multitude of options for remote adjustment, such as register setting, pressing provision, and outlet control.

How can you address the increasing demands in the printing market? Through a flexible configuration of the printing press. The Speedmaster CX 104 allows you to flexibly switch between conventional and instant drying UV colors - supported by the additional washing cycle for the inking unit, blanket, and printing cylinder.

Auto Protect: Roller protection during operation. If a printing unit remains unused after a changeover, it is automatically completely washed and a roller protection agent is applied.

Clean environment - Clean workplace. In general, a more or less pronounced overspray is created in the inking unit. This is absorbed by the newly integrated and powerful ink mist extraction system in the Speedmaster CX 104.
